Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10 for all standard deliveries. If you live in a rural area, we’ve got you covered too, with a flat rate of $13 for rural delivery. 

At the moment we don't ship overseas. 

Returns Policy

We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about sizing or product details, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at hello@lunaleashco.co.nz.

Faulty items 

If your purchase is faulty, including custom orders, we will replace it or refund you - please get in touch with us as soon as possible at hello@lunaleashco.co.nz to discuss.

Change of mind 

If your purchase isn't quite right please let us know so we can discuss an exchange or credit note. Please note we cannot accept change of mind returns on custom orders. 

We are unable to cover shipping costs for returns or exchanges.

Returns should be requested within 14 days and items returned in their original packaging, unused and in original condition.
